At Present we will only be shipping within the UK. We are looking to expand this wider in the near future. 

We ship orders once aweek. 

We aim to dispatch your order on a Wednesday. If you need your order shipped urgently, please leave us a note at checkout or send us an email, and we’ll do our best.

We thoroughly check all our orders to make sure they are going to the right place. If you notice you have ordered your knitwear to the wrong address, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to correct it. Unfortunately, if we are given the wrong address and the order has been shipped to the wrong address, we can’t take any responsibility if the items do not arrive with you and it will be the customer’s responsibility to locate the package.
