UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
We aim to post all online orders out on Thursdays.

 

Overseas Shipping

We currently don’t offer overseas shipping through the website.

Returns

We hope you will fall in love with our knitwear, but if you are not 100% fully satisfied we will accept returns within 30 days for a refund or exchange .

When returning an item, it must arrive back to us in the same condition as it was sent. It should show no signs of wear, have labels still attached and be packaged in the original packaging wherever possible.
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and must obtain proof of postage. 
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

We cannot refund goods that we do not receive and any items that are damaged during transit will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shetland Woollen Company reserve the right to deny any refund if we feel that a failure to take reasonable care is obvious or items arrived damaged. If we do not received the returned item then no refund can be issued.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Please note delivery costs will not be refunded.
