Below are some of the questions we get asked most frequently.
How do I know what size to order?
The best way to get the fit you want is to measure an existing jumper you own that you like the fit of.
Measure it while its lying flat from armpit to armpit.
Then check how the measurements compare on our size guide here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we are shipping to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
Please note we cannot accept returns from international orders.
How much is delivery?
At the moment delivery is free for all UK customers up until the end of December 2023.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature for UK orders.
(Usually there is a charge of £5 for this)
For any international orders we can post Royal Mail for £25.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any tax or customs duties applicable in their own country.
Can I return my order?
We can accept returns from UK customers within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
The order must arrive back to us in the same condition as it was sent. It should show no signs of wear, have labels still attached and be packaged adequately.
The return shipping costs are not refundable and the customer must obtain proof of postage.
We cannot accept returns from international orders.
