Purchasing a gift card:
Add to your basket and check out as normal.
You will receive a conformation email followed by another email with the gift card.
The gift card will have a unique code on it that can be used in our online shop or our shop in Hoswick.
Using a gift card:
Enter the unique code at the checkout online or in our shop in Hoswick to redeem the gift card.
If you don't use the full amount the remainder can be used against another purchase online or in store
We don't offer a cash alternative for the gift card.

For best fit we recommend measuring an existing good fitting jumper by laying it flat, measuring from armpit to armpit and comparing the measurements with our size guide to help you choose your size.
Due to the nature of wool please allow for a tolerance of 2-3cm.
Wool is a natural product and can vary in size from colour to colour.
