Whinna Ness Fair Isle Yoke
Description
Inspired by the traditional hand knitted Fair Isle yokes that have been created here in Shetland for centuries.
The Whinna Ness Fair Isle Yoke crew neck is knitted in one piece using modern seamless technology replicating the traditional hand-frame technique and produces very little waste.
We produce the 3 colour patterned yoke by using up end of batches to reduce our waste output and create unique short runs.
Designed, knitted and finished by us
Made using 100% Supersoft wool which is a mix of a Shetland style yarn and lambswool to give it a softer feel, sourced from a mill in the north east of Scotland.
SIZING INFO:
Please size up if you prefer a looser fit.
Check our size guide for more information on how to measure a jumper to make sure you get the right size.
Size Guides
For best fit we recommend measuring an existing good fitting jumper by laying it flat, measuring from armpit to armpit and comparing the measurements with our size guide to help you choose your size.
Due to the nature of wool please allow for a tolerance of 2-3cm.
Wool is a natural product and can vary in size from colour to colour.
Please see below size guides for our styles.
